Our brand and design agency creates thumbnail art for 3 financial youtube channels. All 3 channels are for the same brand and will follow similar standards. We're looking for a talented thumbnail designer who can: - Design 3 thumbnails each week (some may come in bulk) - Watch the video or digest a synopsis to create relevant imagery - Sometimes the topics will be complex and may need back and forth discussion - Edit photos of the person presenting, which may require finding an intriguing screen grab and enhancing with AI - Follow our brand standards and creative direction to ensure consistency - Ideally, create in Canva or Figma so we can collaborate easily (photo editing in photoshop is OK, then bring over to one of those programs to bring elements together) - We'll need fast turn around and tight communication. We use Asana and Slack and would expect you to join both. If it goes well, there's opportunity for additional brands in the future. Please provide thumbnail examples. If you have financial industry experience, that's a big plus.
