Blog Content Writer – Neuropathy Focus


About Us: ​Momentum Health Neuropathy Center is a neuropathy-only clinic based in Michigan, dedicated to helping our clients reverse the effects of neuropathy through natural, non-invasive methods. Founded by Dr. May, a former Olympic athlete trainer who personally experienced debilitating neuropathy following a surgery in 2017, we offer a unique perspective and empathetic approach to treatment. ​ We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative Blog Content Writer to help us expand our educational content and online reach. Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled blog writer to produce high-traffic, SEO-optimized content focused on neuropathy. This role will require 4 high-quality blog posts per month (12 per quarter). Responsibilities: Research, write, and deliver 4 blog posts per month. Submit blogs one month prior to their intended publish date. Collaborate with the Marketing Director on initial topic planning and independently generate future blog topics. Use our Content Planner to manage deadlines, topics, and drafts. Upload and format final blogs in HubSpot, ensuring they meet SEO standards. Incorporate the appropriate number of images using Canva and/or ShutterStock. Optimize blogs for SEO using HubSpot and SEMRush tools. Maintain an educational yet friendly, easy-to-read tone throughout all blogs. Collaborate through a two-step approval process: first Marketing Director approval, then Doctor approval. Follow our formatting, style, and brand voice guidelines. Tools Provided: HubSpot Canva Pro Shutterstock SEMrush (account access until end of year) Industry Standards We Follow: Word Count: Each blog must be between 1,200–1,800 words (ideal for SEO and engagement). Images: Minimum of 3–5 images per blog (including one featured image). Images must be high quality and properly licensed (ShutterStock or Canva). Formatting: Use headers (H1, H2, H3), bulleted lists, short paragraphs (3-5 sentences), and internal/external links. SEO Guidelines: Include one primary keyword and 2–3 secondary keywords (provided or researched via SEMrush). Keyword naturally integrated into the title, first 100 words, meta description, and subheadings. Meta description written for each post (150–160 characters). Alt text for every image. Internal links to relevant website pages, YouTube videos, or previous blogs. External links to credible sources if necessary.
