Are you obsessed with Sarah J. Maas's ACOTAR series? Are you also a buyer of high end candles? Maybe you even self-identify as a candle snob? I run Wicked Warlock, a fantasy candle brand. We started with D&D candles, but now I am creating a collection of ACOTAR-inspired *spicy* romantasy candles. However, I know very little about ACOTAR itself (I'm a guy, so romantasy isn't generally on my list of things to read lol). Since we started with D&D, most of our customers are men. I now want to make the ultimate romantasy collection that women would absolutely love. So, I want to talk to 5 people about ACOTAR and what you would love to see in this candle collection, as well as your thoughts on romantasy books/candles in general. In other words, this is pure customer research. We would talk for 1 hour on Google Meet about ACOTAR, romantasy, and candles. My biggest questions: 1/ What are most important/iconic/popular/spicy locations in ACOTAR (EX: The cabin in Chapter 55). 2/ Feedback on my initial list of locations 3/ How does ACOTAR compare to other fey romantasy stories? As in, is there a big overlap between them in terms of settings, storylines, character archetypes? 4/ Thoughts on book boyfriends 5/ What kind of scent profiles would you like to see in these locations ...etc
