-------------------- About the Role -------------------- A B2B company in the professional services sector is seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist to support its marketing and communications efforts. This role is focused on execution—ensuring email campaigns, website updates, social media posts, and other marketing initiatives are implemented efficiently and accurately. You’ll work closely with the marketing lead, initially running approvals through them, with the goal of becoming autonomous over time. -------------------- Key Responsibilities -------------------- • Email Marketing: Edit and create email templates, check messaging, and manage campaign execution. • Website Management: Edit and update landing pages in WordPress, ensuring brand consistency. • Social Media Execution: Schedule posts and write social media content as needed, following an established style guide. • Content Implementation: Execute marketing materials and campaigns according to branding and messaging guidelines. • Approvals & Quality Control: Run approvals through the marketing lead at first, with the goal of working independently. -------------------- Qualifications -------------------- • Strong execution skills—detail-oriented and efficient in implementing marketing assets. • Experience with WordPress for landing page edits and updates. • Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with ClickDimensions is a plus). • Strong writing and communication skills for content implementation. • Ability to follow a style guide and maintain brand consistency. • Organized and proactive, able to work independently after onboarding. -------------------- Preferred Experience -------------------- • Prior experience in marketing execution, content management, or digital marketing implementation. • Experience working with B2B marketing teams. • Comfort working with marketing automation tools and scheduling software.
