Be a part of an exciting, creative, new and growing brand showcasing original immersive entertainment. Our experience include the award-winning Wild Heart Ranch, an immersive escape room Airbnb, and the forthcoming Hi-Orbit Games, an open-world immersive experience, both near Joshua Tree, CA. We are looking for a part-time social media manager to help grow our online presence. This role is fully remote and flexible, starting at just 5 hours per week trial period, with the intention of growing to a more substantial position, based on performance and especially increasing as we open our new experience. Responsibilities: • Analyze our current social media and offer suggestions for how to expand our social media presence and strategy to increase engagement - Package and post content (photos, videos, and text, provided by us) on Instagram, Facebook, and (later) TikTok - Suggest additional content for us to capture locally, which can then be used for posts • Ensure posts are engaging, on-brand, and optimized for each platform • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly • Maintain a consistent posting schedule • Implement feedback to refine and improve content Qualifications: • Strong familiarity with social media platforms and trends • Experience managing or growing social media accounts • Ability to analyze performance data and make informed adjustments • Reliable communication and ability to work independently - A strong design sensibility and aesthetic is a plus This role will initially focus on Wild Heart Ranch Joshua Tree, with potential expansion to our new immersive experience. As we grow, hours and compensation can increase based on results. The position can be fully remote with flexible hours. That said, we expect clear communication and alignment on hours to be worked, with at least one team catchup call each week.
