The Customer Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of targeted email campaigns in Pardot/Salesforce to engage key audiences including prospective buyers, current customers, and real estate agents. This role plays a strategic part in driving lead conversion and improving customer acquisition outcomes through data-driven marketing execution. In addition to email marketing, the role includes cross-channel support across paid media, social, and landing page optimization. Responsibilities and Duties: - Drive the end-to-end strategy and execution of automated email campaigns in Pardot incorporating personalization and dynamic content to maximize engagement. - Develop audience segmentation strategies to deliver relevant messaging across various funnel stages. - Partner with cross-functional teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and business goals. - Analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and recommend optimizations based on engagement and conversion metrics. - Work closely with the design team to develop responsive, mobile-optimized email templates and layouts. - Stay up to date on industry trends and compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), ensuring best practices in subscription management and deliverability.   Cross-Channel Collaboration: Position Standards: Strategic and Detail-Oriented: You balance big-picture campaign strategy with meticulous attention to detail. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and a working knowledge of HTML and digital marketing concepts. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on customer acquisition. Proven ability to write compelling copy and create content that converts. Experience with Pardot/Salesforce, marketing automation, and performance analytics preferred. Interest or experience in real estate or homebuilding is a plus.
