I’m looking for a creative and reliable Virtual Assistant to help me grow my Pinterest presence and create scroll-stopping, click-worthy thumbnails for my YouTube channel. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position if we work well together. You’ll play a key role in building my brand visually and strategically through engaging Pins and attractive YouTube thumbnails that drive traffic and clicks. You should be experienced in using Canva, understand Pinterest best practices, and have a good eye for visual design and branding. ⸻ Responsibilities: • Design and schedule Pinterest pins consistently using Canva • Research trending Pinterest content and implement best strategies for reach and engagement • Create engaging, high-converting YouTube thumbnails • Optimize pin titles and descriptions with relevant keywords • Organize and maintain a content calendar for Pinterest • Repurpose content across Pinterest and YouTube when applicable • Communicate clearly and meet deadlines ⸻ Requirements: • Proven experience managing Pinterest for business or personal brands • Strong Canva design skills (templates, typography, branding) • Experience designing YouTube thumbnails that attract clicks • Familiarity with Pinterest SEO and keyword strategy • Ability to follow branding guidelines and maintain consistency • Strong attention to detail and creativity • Reliable, self-motivated, and responsive to feedback • Excellent written English ⸻ Bonus if you have: • Experience with Tailwind or Pinterest schedulers • Knowledge of basic YouTube SEO • Interest in wellness, spirituality, or personal growth niches ⸻ Hours & Pay: • Part-time to start (5–10 hours/week) • Potential for full-time based on performance and results ⸻ To Apply: Please send: 1.
