Description: I'm the owner of a well-established painting company based in Omaha, Nebraska, and I’m looking for an experienced digital ads manager who can take over the day-to-day management of our Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns. We already have campaigns running, but I need someone who can: Evaluate current performance and make immediate improvements Test and deploy creative that generates leads—not just clicks Build/adjust audiences, keywords, and targeting strategy Provide brief, regular performance updates (no fluff) This is a lead generation role, not a branding play—we want form submissions, estimate requests, and actual customer contacts.
