Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced IT support contractor to provide ongoing technical support for our team of over 150 employees across multiple locations. This role will be responsible for managing IT issues as they arise within the company Key Responsibilities: Provide remote and occasional on-site technical support to office and remote staff Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (Windows-based environments) Maintain and update employee devices, email accounts, and access to business applications (e.g., WellSky, AxisCare, Microsoft 365, VoIP systems) Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices Coordinate with third-party vendors for escalated tech support or service Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery readiness Set up new hardware Maintain inventory of devices and licenses Qualifications: Proven experience providing IT support for small to mid-sized businesses (preferably in healthcare) Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and basic networking Experience with HIPAA compliance and healthcare IT environments is a plus Familiarity with EMR systems like WellSky or AxisCare is a strong advantage Ability to respond to support requests quickly and professionally Strong communication and organizational skills
