AI Strategy & Implementation Consultant – Banking Operations & Compliance

We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on AI Implementation Consultant with deep experience in the banking or credit union industry—particularly in operations, compliance, and marketing processes—to help our clients unlock the benefits of AI while staying fully compliant. This is a hybrid role: you’ll act as a translator between banking teams and AI solutions, leading assessments, mapping workflows, recommending tools, and working with our internal or external implementation teams to get results. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Conduct AI readiness assessments for financial institutions Identify high-impact, low-risk use cases for AI in operations, marketing, and service Map current processes and highlight automation or AI-enhanced opportunities Recommend compliant AI tools or platforms for specific use cases Work with clients to document, communicate, and implement AI changes Ensure all recommendations follow relevant compliance/regulatory standards (e.g., FFIEC, NCUA, FDIC, OCC) Support the development of internal playbooks and best practices
