Job Type: Freelance / Hybrid On-Call & Active Hours Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 12pm–8pm EST Pay: $7 Per call + 2 hour/day at $15 hourly rate Location: Remote (U.S. preferred, fluent English required) About the Role We’re a luxury boudoir photography studio looking for a weekend assistant who can help us stay responsive to new leads and client messages. You’ll be responsible for calling new leads quickly, answering phone calls, and spending 2 hours each day responding to messages on text, email, and social media. Your Tasks: Call back new leads within 5–10 minutes of booking or inquiry Answer incoming calls with warmth and professionalism Spend 2 hour each day replying to: -Client texts and emails -Forward any urgent situations to our internal team Who You Are: Friendly, clear, and professional on the phone Experienced with customer messaging and support Quick to respond and easy to reach Familiar Meta Suite, Gmail, and Online Phone (OpenPhone) Reliable device and quiet calling environment Weekend availability and consistency are key
