We’re scaling fast and building our brand across all digital channels. What We’re Looking For: We’re hiring a Social Media & Growth Manager who knows how to build brand authority, grow engaged followings, and drive results — not just post pretty pictures. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok with the goal of increasing followers, engagement, and conversion actions like demo bookings and email sign-ups. Responsibilities: *Develop a content calendar aligned with our offers, brand voice, and marketing goals *Create and post engaging, high-converting content across social platforms *Work closely with our design and video team to brief and manage creative assets *Launch & optimize reels, carousels, stories, and short-form video content *Monitor and grow community engagement (DMs, comments, shares) *Analyze metrics weekly and make data-backed decisions to improve growth *Support lead-gen campaigns and remarketing strategies with organic content You’re a Fit If You: *Have 2–5+ years of experience growing B2B or SaaS brands on social media *Understand social psychology and what makes content go viral *Can turn technical features into relatable, scroll-stopping content *Know your way around Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and LinkedIn strategies *Are obsessed with testing, improving, and growing accounts from scratch *Can write clean, punchy copy with a confident brand voice *Bonus if you’ve worked with CRMs, SaaS tools, or in the marketing/automation space Our Platforms: * Instagram * Facebook * LinkedIn * TikTok (expanding into this now) What We’re NOT Looking For: *Just a content scheduler *Someone focused only on design with no strategy or growth *experience *A corporate voice — we’re bold, modern, and results-driven
