As we grow, we are looking for a Virtual Lead Follow-Up Specialist to join our team and ensure every potential client receives prompt, helpful, and professional follow-up. Job Summary: The Virtual Lead Follow-Up Specialist plays a key role in converting leads into clients. You’ll be responsible for promptly contacting leads via phone, email, and SMS; qualifying prospects; nurturing leads who aren’t ready to hire; and scheduling consultations for our attorneys. This is a client-facing role that requires empathy, clear communication, and consistency. Key Responsibilities: Follow up with new leads daily via phone, email, and text using our CRM and phone systems Build rapport and trust with potential clients through timely, professional, and compassionate communication Qualify leads by asking intake questions and gathering relevant information Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments for the legal team Maintain accurate records and status updates in the CRM Implement follow-up sequences to stay in touch with long-term leads Track metrics and provide weekly reports on follow-up efforts and outcomes Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior experience in client services, sales, or intake—ideally in a law firm or legal services setting Comfortable using CRM systems, phone platforms, and follow-up automation tools Highly organized and detail-oriented Empathetic, patient, and skilled at handling sensitive information Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Work Schedule: Flexible hours with availability during business hours (Monday–Friday) and occasional follow-ups during evenings/weekends if needed.
