Duties Perform TIG welding on a variety of metals, including stainless steel and aluminum. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications. Assemble components using hand tools and power tools, ensuring accuracy and quality in the final product. Operate additional equipment such as forklifts, press brake machines, and other machinery as needed. Conduct inspections of completed welds using micrometers and other measuring tools to ensure compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, performing routine maintenance as necessary. Experience Proven experience as a Tig Welder or in a similar welding role is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
