Description: We’re looking for a freelance writer to support our content marketing efforts with high-quality, SEO-optimized articles on topics such as global security, executive protection, travel risk management, cybersecurity, and emergency response. The ideal candidate is a strong, experienced writer with a deep understanding of SEO best practices. You should be able to produce clear, engaging, and informative content tailored to a professional audience. Experience writing in or around the security industry is a major plus, though not required. Responsibilities: -Write and edit long-form blog posts (typically around 1,500 words, but may vary) based on content briefs, outlines, or interviews with subject matter experts. -Optimize content for search engines using target keywords, headers, meta descriptions, etc. -Conduct light research to support and enrich the narrative. -Match our brand voice and speak to our desired audience. Requirements: -3+ years of content writing experience, preferably for B2B or professional services audiences -Strong working knowledge of on-page SEO fundamentals -Excellent research, writing, and self-editing skills -Reliability and ability to meet deadlines -Bonus: background or familiarity with the security/risk management space or international affairs/journalism Project Scope: Ongoing engagement: 1–2 articles per month to start, with potential to scale up to 2–4/month
