We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist with hands-on expertise in Klaviyo, particularly with both Shopify (eCommerce) and Square (in-store/brick-and-mortar) integrations. What You’ll Do: • Set up our initial Klaviyo infrastructure, including: • Importing and organizing email lists • Creating customer segments for Shopify and Square audiences • Building essential email flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.) • Launch and manage ongoing email campaigns • Optimize performance based on data and engagement metrics What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and Square integrations • Strong understanding of email segmentation and automation strategy • Ability to lead the project independently while also educating and collaborating with our internal team • Willingness to document and explain your process so we can build internal knowledge and potentially manage future campaigns in-house
