Client/Project Success Manager


Title: Part-Time Operations & Client Success Manager for Growing AI Marketing Firm (Remote) Lucerna is a fast-growing, AI-powered marketing firm helping elite financial services companies—such as private equity firms and wealth managers—build authority and attract inbound clients through content, strategy, and automation. We're looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Operations & Client Success Manager to keep our internal operations on track and our clients satisfied, informed, and engaged. This is a part-time contractor role with the potential to grow into a full-time position. What you’ll be responsible for: • Manage client fulfillment workflows from onboarding through delivery • Maintain Airtable dashboards to track tasks, progress, and deadlines • Lead weekly check-ins with editors and internal contractors • Serve as the main point of contact for client communication after onboarding • Monitor quality standards and ensure timely delivery across projects • Create SOPs, onboarding flows, and reporting templates to support scale • Identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact deliverables What we’re looking for: • 1–3+ years in client success, project management, or operations (agency or service-based preferred) • Advanced Airtable knowledge • Clear, proactive communication and strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects at once • Confidence to take ownership and operate with minimal oversight Bonus if you have: • Experience in video marketing or creative agencies • Familiarity with financial services or professional service clients • Knowledge of tools like Slack, Descript, Google Drive, and Loom • Strong writing ability for summaries, updates, and documentation Additional Details: • Remote (U.S. preferred or time zone overlap required) • Part-time contractor with growth potential • Long-term opportunity for the right fit
