We are a U.S.-based digital agency seeking an experienced contractor to support the oversight and ongoing optimization of a multi-location reputation management program using the Birdeye platform. This role will involve analyzing review data, refining reporting outputs, and identifying opportunities for operational and messaging improvement across 30+ facilities in the healthcare sector. We anticipate 10+ hours per week initially, maybe more. You will need to be available during normal working hours and have the skill set to guide our team on execution.
