Requirements Proven experience in digital project management within a healthcare advertising or digital agency setting. Strong understanding of web development processes, UX/UI principles, and digital best practices. Expertise in digital compliance, specifically related to healthcare regulations and accessibility standards. Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana. Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills, with an ability to pivot strategies based on evolving client needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration across technical and creative teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with healthcare brands, medical organizations, or pharmaceutical clients. Familiarity with digital marketing trends, including SEO, analytics, and campaign tracking methodologies. Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or custom solutions. Experience managing digital builds, refreshes, and integrations within healthcare ecosystems. Some exposure to or management of the integration of AI-related technologies into the web dev lifecycle.
