We’re looking for a savvy, results-driven Podcast Marketer to help grow our audience, drive engagement, and build a loyal fanbase around our show. This is for someone who lives and breathes podcasts, understands digital marketing strategy, and knows how to make content move. Develop and execute podcast promotion strategies across platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Apple, IG, TikTok, etc.) Repurpose long-form episodes into short-form content, reels, audiograms, quotes, and clips Optimize SEO, titles, and thumbnails to drive organic discovery Manage episode launches and scheduling (including email and social rollouts) Pitch the podcast to cross-promotion partners, blogs, newsletters, or guest platforms Analyze performance and tweak strategy to boost downloads and engagement Must have experience promoting podcasts.
