We’re looking for a warm, perceptive, and tech-savvy interviewer who can connect with these individuals on video calls, make them feel seen, and capture their transformational journeys on camera. These interviews will fuel our brand storytelling—across campaigns, products, social content, and beyond. Key Responsibilities Outreach & Scheduling – Send friendly invites, arrange time zones, nudge guests, track statuses. Tech Prep – Coach each guest on lighting, framing, mic placement, silent-room setup, and internet speed check. Interview Delivery – Conduct 30-minute video calls that feel like Humans of New York meets Oprah SuperSoul. Follow our question guide yet improvise when magic appears. Production Quality Control – Record in 1080p split-track (Riverside/Zoom), ensure clear audio, capture 5-10 seconds of relaxed B-roll. Post-Call Assets Upload raw files within 24 hrs. Provide transcript (AI-generated OK) with 3–5 “golden moment” time-stamps. Note any brand-safe highlights for paid ads. Consent & Paperwork – Collect e-signed releases (we provide template). Weekly Syncs – Quick Slack or Loom recap of wins, blockers, and standout stories. Ideal Candidate Proven documentary-style interviewer or podcast host. Comfortable guiding non-tech guests to look & sound pro remotely. Empathic listener who can hold space for vulnerable topics (stress, anxiety, personal reinvention). Strong project-management habits—spreadsheets are your friends. Bonus points: familiar with EFT/Tapping, behavioral health, or wellness storytelling.
