Hi, I'm Clarke — cofounder of Resolv, an early-stage startup on a mission to bring zero-liability fraud protection to Web3. We're gearing up for a focused 10-week outreach campaign to generate meaningful customer feedback across multiple segments. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented outbound specialist to help us reach the right people through email, LinkedIn, and possibly X (Twitter). What You’ll Be Doing: - Source and validate ~12,000 leads across six customer segments - Organize leads into a CRM and maintain data hygiene - Purchase and warm up email domains/inboxes (we’ll cover all costs) - Set up and manage outbound campaigns across, Email, LinkedIn, and X (optional, open to strategy ideas here) - Manage inboxes and handle replies across channels - Track performance and provide daily/weekly progress reports - Collaborate on outbound messaging (we have drafts ready but welcome improvements) What We’ll Provide: - Detailed segmentation strategy and clear ICPs - Drafted messaging for each customer segment - A structured 10-week project timeline with milestones - Tools and budget for lead gen, domains, and outreach infra Ideal Candidate: - Proven experience setting up outbound infrastructure (DNS, domain warm-up, etc.) - Skilled in lead sourcing, list building, and validation - Experienced in multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, X) - Detail-oriented, organized, and clear communicator - Bonus: Familiarity with Web3 or the blockchain space Project Timeline: - Start Date: May 5 - End Date: July 10 - Remote and async How to Apply: If this sounds like your kind of project, apply with a short message explaining your experience and approach.
