Athletic Trainer Needed for Women’s Tackle Football Team (Game Day Coverage)

The Carolina Stars, a women’s tackle football team based in Concord, NC, is seeking a certified athletic trainer to support our athletes during home games throughout the 2025 season. Responsibilities: • Provide pre-game taping, stretching, and injury prevention support • Offer sideline coverage during games, including injury evaluation and first aid • Post-game assessments and care recommendations as needed • Coordinate with coaching staff on player readiness and recovery Requirements: • Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) or equivalent licensure • Experience with contact sports preferred (football, rugby, etc.) • Professional liability insurance required • Ability to arrive at field by 4 PM on game days Game Dates & Locations (All Kickoffs at 6 PM): • April 26 – Cox Mill High School (Concord, NC) • May 3 – Cox Mill High School (Concord, NC) May 10 - Charlotte location TBD • May 17 – Jay M. Robinson High School (Concord, NC) Potential playoff and championship dates as well.
