Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and experienced SEO Director to lead our SEO initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position, enjoys managing a team, and is comfortable serving as the main point of contact for clients. As the company scales, this position offers a clear path to senior management within our EOS framework. Must overlap with EST hours. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and local SEO strategies for clients. - Lead and mentor a team of support specialists and contractors. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including conducting video calls and meetings. - Collaborate with internal teams on project strategy and planning. - Monitor and drive SEO performance improvements, adapting strategies as needed. - Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure best practices. Qualifications - Proven experience in SEO and local SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. - Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Familiarity with the self-storage and SaaS industries is a plus.
