As an Enterprise Sales Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth, working directly with leading organizations like Fortune 500 companies to integrate state-of-the-art SaaS solutions. Responsibilities • Drive new business development efforts by cultivating relationships with enterprise prospects and strategic accounts. • Own and expand high-value ICP inbound opportunities and priority enterprise targets. • Lead account mapping and develop multi-threaded pursuit strategies to maximize enterprise penetration. • Build and nurture strong champions across client organizations, including C-suite executives, ensuring accelerated deal velocity and long-term account growth. • Use Salesforce to manage pipeline, forecast performance, and guide data-driven decision-making. • Ensure proactive communication throughout the entire sales cycle. • Analyze industry trends to inform go-to-market strategies in a dynamic, competitive landscape. Requirements • Must live in the United States. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with emphasis on SaaS platforms or solutions in EHNS, business insights, or risk management sectors. • Proven success in selling to operations and safety departments within large enterprises — ideally Fortune 500 companies. • Expertise in account mapping, enterprise deal strategies, and engaging multi-threaded stakeholders. • Strong proficiency with Salesforce tools. • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales goals. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship. Preferred skills • Experience in selling AI-driven technology solutions. • Demonstrated thought leadership in risk management and operational efficiency.
