We’re seeking a Business Development Connector to help us uncover aligned federal and commercial opportunities, build prime/sub relationships, and keep opportunity flow organized and actionable. This is a focused role - perfect for someone who’s fast-moving, self-managed, and knows how to get traction. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and research aligned opportunities (federal, state, or commercial) - Conduct targeted outreach to primes, agencies, and teaming partners - Monitor platforms like SAM.gov, GovWin, and internal trackers for matches - Update opportunity tracker weekly with status, actions, and contacts - Write short outreach messages, LOIs, and intro blurbs as needed - Track BD activity and light reporting to CEO and internal team What We’re Looking For: - Experience in government contracting or business development - Excellent communication and follow-up skills - Familiarity with platforms like GovWin, LinkedIn, SAM.gov - Self-starter who can operate independently with little hand-holding Bonus: Experience supporting technology or compliance firms Success Metrics: - 5+ aligned opportunities identified per month - 3+ outreach sequences or meetings initiated weekly - Weekly BD dashboard updated with visible traction - Clean, concise communication that doesn’t require chasing
