Key Responsibilities As part of our team, you'll be responsible for: Entering daily transactions across various client platforms. Responding to client requests regarding general accounting needs (running reports, providing updates, etc.). Preparing reconciliations, including bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts. Conducting self-reviews to ensure accuracy in all accounting tasks. Preparing and presenting financial statements to clients with clarity and insight. Establishing, documenting, and refining internal processes to ensure an exceptional client experience. Managing both prospective and current client correspondence. Contributing to firm growth by assisting with brand-building, lead generation, and referral outreach through social media and other platforms. Qualifications Enthusiastic about working with business owners and family-owned businesses. Experience with QuickBooks Online is required; Xero experience is a bonus. Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new software as needed. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience. Prior bookkeeping experience in a professional setting.
