Sales & Outreach Rep – Education Partnerships & Family Enrollment (Remote/Hybrid) We’re an accredited supplemental education center with nearly 50 years of proven results — and we’re looking for a goal-oriented sales rep to help us grow our summer program by connecting with school leaders and families. This is a commissioned outreach role with a steady hourly rate, ideal for someone with a background in education, family services, or school partnerships. Responsibilities: • Make 30 outbound calls, send 20 custom emails, and 15 follow-up texts per day • Reach out to: • Principals, superintendents, and school curriculum leaders • Warm leads (families who inquired but didn’t enroll) • Past clients and event contacts • Book family enrollments and secure school partnerships for our summer remediation program • Track communication and follow-up using CRM spreadsheets /recorded calls Requirements: • Minimum associate degree • Proven experience in sales, outreach, enrollment, or partnerships • Clear communicator, persuasive, and organized • Experience in education or working with families is a strong plus • Ability to commit to 3-4 hours/day, Monday through Saturday 15 to 20 hrs/week We haven't really called any families or schools so there is a lot of opportunities not explored.
