As an Account Manager for our digital marketing agency, you'll help manage client relationships, coordinate with our marketing teams and project manager, and ensure campaign success across multiple platforms. You'll be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, working with our account lead to drive results. Key Responsibilities -Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as their day-to-day point of contact -Act as liaison between clients and our specialized marketing teams (paid ads, SEO, web development, and social media) -Collaborate with the Project Manager to track deliverable progress and ensure timely completion -Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly updates and monthly reports -Work closely with the Account Lead or CEO to develop strategic recommendations that maximize campaign effectiveness -Translate technical marketing concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients -Maintain regular client communication through digital channels Required Qualifications -Digital marketing account management experience (3+ years) -Understanding of digital marketing channels (paid search, SEO, social media) -Experience in one or more of these industries: e-commerce, healthcare, wellness, technology -Ability to handle multiple projects and clients Preferred Qualifications -Strong written and verbal communication skills in English -Russian language proficiency, added bonus -Experience with marketing analytics and paid ads platforms (Hubspot, Ahref, Google ads, Meta ads) -Proficiency with Monday, Slack, Figma Time: 15-20 hours on average/week at the fixed rate per month.
