We’re looking for help making Facebook Ads profitable for a food-based brand with a $35–$55 AOV. We’re currently hovering around a $35 CPA with Facebook ads and believe the right expert can help lower our cost-per-acquisition with Facebook ads. Please only apply if you: - Have actual success scaling low-AOV brands with Facebook ads (bonus if it’s in the food space). - Are obsessed with performance—like “checking ROAS over morning coffee” obsessed. - Can confidently lead strategy calls 2x/month with the Client, not just show up with boring reports. - Actively manage and optimize ad campaigns daily—not just set 'em and forget 'em. - Are available during PST business hours. - Genuinely give a damn—about the client, the strategy, your work, and your results. - Take pride in going above and beyond without being asked, because that’s just how you’re wired. - Take radical ownership of performance because “good enough” isn’t in your vocabulary - Are open to following our proven SOPs, but always looking to improve them too. - Have actively managed Facebook ads in the eCommerce space for the past year. - Have deep experience with data analysis, boosting AOV, and scaling eCommerce brands. - Can quote us a fixed monthly price per ad account you manage. We do meaningful work with clients and vendors we love—and we want to keep it that way.
