Compensation: Commission-Based (15-25%) + Performance Bonuses Territory: United States (Priority: Dairy States - CA, WI, NY, TX, ID) Industry: Animal Nutrition | Feed Additives | Farm Supplies About Us One of IPX Enterprises, portfolio companies is a U.S.-based supplier of premium Himalayan salt licks to progressive dairy farms, feed mills, and livestock operations. Our products are veterinarian-recommended and used by organic/regenerative farms nationwide. What We Need A hunter with existing buyer relationships who can: ✅ Open doors at regional feed mills (Purina, Cargill distributors) ✅ Sell direct to large CAFOs (500+ head dairy/beef operations) ✅ Place products in farm supply chains (Tractor Supply, Nutrena dealers) ✅ Negotiate private label contracts ($50K+ minimums) Ideal Candidate Profile ✔️ 5+ years selling feed additives/mineral supplements into: . Cattle Farms, Horse Farms, Ranches • Dairy cooperatives (DFA, Land O'Lakes members) • Feed manufacturers (ADM, Trouw Nutrition buyers) • Ranch supply distributors ✔️ Rolodex must include: • Feed procurement managers (title: "Director of Feed Procurement") • Large operation herd nutritionists • Regional managers at farm store chains ✔️ Track record required: • $500K+ annual sales in animal health products • Experience with bulk mineral sales (not just premixes) Compensation • Uncapped commission (20% on first $250K, 25% beyond) • Equity potential for top performers How to Apply Send a 90-second Loom video (or written proposal) answering: 1.
