We focus on building strong systems and long-term relationships that make a real difference. About the Role We’re looking for a motivated communicator to help grow our client base. As a Sales & Client Specialist you’ll connect with potential clients introduce them to our services and close deals. You’ll be the first impression of True Estuary Advisors helping guide prospects from discovery call to signed agreement. What You’ll Do Identify and connect with leads through outreach (email LinkedIn directories) Set up and conduct discovery or intro calls Follow up and close deals Keep outreach organized using our Zoho CRM Share updates and insights with our team What We’re Looking For Friendly confident communicator Organized and goal oriented Comfortable with outreach and following up Familiar with CRMs (Zoho is a plus) Background in compliance healthcare or small business is helpful but not required Self-starter who enjoys working independently Compensation This is a commission based opportunity with strong earning potential. You'll earn a percentage for every deal you close with no cap on commissions. Our support tools resources and lead tracking system are designed to help you succeed and grow with us. Top performers may be considered for future bonus incentives and long-term roles as the company scales.
