Facebook Ads & ClickFunnels Expert for Real Estate Lead Funnels

We’re looking for a highly experienced, proactive Facebook Ads + ClickFunnels expert who understands the real estate industry and can build, manage, and optimize lead funnels end-to-end — with minimal oversight. We’re a high-performing real estate team based in Nashville, TN, currently doing $50M+ in annual sales and scaling rapidly. Our systems are already producing results, and we need a true marketing partner to take over existing ad campaigns, build out new high-converting ClickFunnels landing pages, and automate lead delivery into Compass CRM using Zapier or custom workflows. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing 5–6 active ad funnels across different lead magnets (relocation, STR, buyer/seller) Building and optimizing high-converting ClickFunnels pages (we provide the assets/copy if needed) Writing compelling ad copy, testing creatives, and managing audiences Setting up Zapier automations to route leads correctly into Compass CRM Tracking weekly funnel performance and sending brief KPI reports (CTR, CPL, conversions) Making funnel strategy suggestions and handling testing/iteration on your own Working with our in-house creative/branding team as needed Requirements: Proven experience in real estate marketing Advanced skills with Facebook Ads Manager, ClickFunnels, and Zapier Familiarity with Compass CRM or experience integrating into closed-loop CRMs Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines Strong grasp of paid traffic metrics (CTR, CPL, conversion optimization) Fluent English, responsive during U.S. working hours To Apply: Include 3+ real estate funnel examples you’ve personally built with conversion data Share Facebook Ads you’ve created (images + copy) Confirm your experience integrating with Compass CRM (or similar systems) Let us know your availability and expected hourly or monthly retainer rate
