We are interested in engaging a UX Design team to co-create and support our growth marketing strategy and the transition to a leading Luxury Brand. We have broken the project in 3 phases: 1. Website Optimization 2. Brand strategy & materials 3. Website Redesign The UX Design team will create a brand identity, visual language and key marketing website pages to provide the outward expression of our website, including our name, positioning, logo, voice & tone, and visual appearance. Website Optimization (Phase 1) ● Based on the Heuristic Evaluation & Information Architecture, you will work on optimization of the flow, streamline information, repurpose/reuse and repurpose as needed, and finally remove superfluous pages (if any). The UX Design team will work with our SEO team to ensure SEO best practices. Branded Strategy & Materials (Phase 2) ● Name and Positioning recommendations (Initial presentation + additional rounds of revisions) ● Commercialization Strategy Framework ● Brand Voice/Tone and Messaging/Editorial Guide ● Style Guide (visual elements of the brand - primary colors, typography, iconography and imagery) ● Digital Style Guide (website colors, typography, iconography and animation style) ● High-Level Website Copywriting (including flow, intro messaging, section headers and action-based messaging) ● SEO keyword research - identify the set of keywords with our SEO team to focus on based on our audience search behavior and assessment of the relative difficulty/volume. ● Content review and strategy - review any existing long-form content pieces and develop a content strategy that aligns with audience needs/interest and focus keywords. ● Site SEO - recommendations to optimize key pages of our site to integrate priority keywords through on-page content, back-end optimization, and Technical SEO for the site to be implemented by our developer. ● Funnel map - Design one initial marketing funnel to create a customer journey (targeting top priority prospect) supported with the right touchpoints and education to maximize conversion opportunities. ● Content advisory - Create revised website copy, landing page copy and additional required content piece(s) to support the marketing funnel. Website Redesign (Phase 3) ● Redesign Website Pages with 2 Visual Concept (wireframes, visual design/modular templates and animation) ● Expanded Aesthetic (explore potential refresh elements for existing website) ● UX Design team will conduct a utility evaluation of the current website. We address what we had already identified as the main challenges the users face as well as discrepancies you believe may be preventing users from understanding our offerings. ● The goal will be to highlight how our platform compares on ease of use and navigation paths for both new and existing users.
