Hello! My name is Bridgette Giakas, founder of BG Social Media. We are currently seeking a dedicated and hard-working Content Creator and Editor to take a hands-on role in creating video content for our clients social media accounts. The first thing to know about this role is that it will involve getting to travel all over the country. As an agency our niche industry is in hospitality. We have hotels located all across the US and even one in Costa Rica. In addition to regularly editing and creating reels, your role will require you to travel to all of these properties located in cities such as San Diego, Houston, Orlando, Salt Lake City, Park City, Detroit, Pittsburgh, DC, and Raleigh. We work with a variety of big hospitality brands, including Hilton, Marriott, Sheraton, Westin, Staybridge Suites, Crowne Plaza, and Margaritaville. The ideal candidate for this position: - Is willing to travel frequently cross country. - Is interested in becoming a fundamental team member of a growing agency. - Is comfortable being given the freedom to make important creative decisions, express their own ideas and integrate their values and experiences into our own. - Can create and edit short-form quality video content on the fly. - Has some academic or professional background in photography, videography, or digital marketing - Can allocate their time responsibility and meet hard deadlines. - Can keep up with and recreate trending content relevant to the hospitality market. - Understands how to reach a specific market audience through content that gets them engaging. - Can keep digital assets well-organized. Responsibilities: - Traveling to clients to shoot content and replenish media asset inventories. - Create reels and short-form video content in bulk. - Utilize video editing tools and software of their choosing. - Keep content organized and up-to-date in Dropbox. - Research trends and the market audience for each client. - Create new reels and meet specific deadlines for posts on a regular basis.
