Virtual Assistant for Community Engagement


I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant to join my team at GoDelegate—an agency that provides business support to entrepreneurs who are busy as hell and need high-quality, reliable help behind the scenes. This role starts small but has room to grow. Your main focus will be daily community engagement inside a Skool group—commenting, reacting, replying to posts, and sparking authentic conversation based on the tone + strategy we provide. No AI copy-paste replies will be allowed. No bland, generic engagement. We want a real human presence that feels warm, helpful, and fun to interact with. ⸻ Primary Responsibilities: • Spend up to 30 mins each day (M-F) engaging with member posts in the Skool community • Follow tone + voice guidelines and write like a real person (not a marketing robot) • Respond to comments, ask thoughtful follow-up questions, and help keep the community active • Track tasks inside our project management system (ClickUp) • Occasionally assist with other admin tasks as needed within your area of expertise ⸻ What We’re Looking For: • Native English speaker (US or Canada preferred for timezone overlap + tone) • Solid writing skills (think: clear, personable, casual—not corporate) • Detail-oriented and reliable—you show up when you say you will • Comfortable using platforms like Skool, Google Workspace, and ClickUp (or willing to learn fast) • Able to take initiative and ask questions if something’s unclear ⸻ To Apply Reply With: 1.
