I'm looking for a proactive and experienced assistant to help me find, pitch, and secure brand deals, speaking opportunities, and media appearances. I run a growing online community and have 400K+ TikTok followers and 25K YouTube subscribers, focused on teaching Spanish in a culturally relevant way to Black audiences. This role is not just admin—I want someone who can: - Identify and reach out to relevant brands (language learning apps, cultural products, travel companies, etc.) - Negotiate brand deals and manage communications professionally - Create or refine my media kit and rate card - Organize outreach efforts, follow-ups, and reporting - Help me discover new monetization opportunities like podcast features, affiliate partnerships, and event invitations Ideal candidate has: - Experience with influencer/creator management or outreach - Knowledge of the brand deal space (especially on TikTok and YouTube) - Solid writing skills for pitching and emailing brands **Bonus: Knowledge of the Spanish-language learning niche or multicultural brands** **Hours**: Starting part-time, with potential for growth. **Pay**: Open to hourly or project-based.
