White Paper Writer & Visual Content Creator


Project Summary We are seeking a skilled contract professional to transform pre-developed materials—including a webinar transcript and structured outline—into a polished, executive-level white paper (8–10 pages). The audience includes mid-to-senior B2B professionals in the distribution, industrial, or technology sectors. This role also includes responsibility for proposing and creating supporting visual content (charts, graphics, infographics) grounded entirely in the source materials provided. I am attaching a copy of a recent one that serves as an example of what I am looking for. The contractor must deliver both high-quality narrative content and corresponding visuals that communicate insights clearly and credibly. This is a remote, deliverables-based engagement with iterative review and feedback cycles. Key Responsibilities Review provided materials, including a structured white paper outline and full webinar transcript Write original, professional-grade prose suitable for executive readers in B2B and industrial markets (no AI reuse or boilerplate) Maintain logical structure, smooth transitions, and alignment with the tone and voice of prior white papers Identify opportunities for 3–7 data-driven visuals that illustrate key points (e.g., adoption trends, ROI comparisons, segmentation, timelines) Create or oversee creation of high-quality charts, tables, and infographics using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Illustrator, or similar Incorporate stakeholder edits and feedback into the final draft Meet all specified deadlines and project milestones Deliverables One fully drafted white paper (8–10 pages, ~3,500–8,000 words) in Word and PDF formats 3–7 original supporting visuals (charts, infographics, or other relevant graphics) Final versions formatted for both web and print distribution Requirements Documented experience writing executive-level white papers (writing samples required) Strong grasp of B2B concepts, especially in distribution, supply chain, industrial, or tech markets Proven ability to extract insights and structure professional content from transcripts and outlines Proficiency in visual storytelling and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, Illustrator) High attention to detail, responsiveness to feedback, and ability to meet deadlines Experience collaborating with marketing, editorial, or research stakeholders is a plus To Apply: Submit your resume, 2–3 white paper samples (with visuals if available), and a brief note on your availability and approach to this type of assignment.
