I’m looking to hire someone to build a GoHighLevel one-page website that will serve as a sales funnel for a product I sell: Sales Presentation Booklets for Contractors. About the Product: We create 16-page printed and digital sales presentation booklets specifically designed for contractors (plumbers, electricians, roofers, landscapers, etc.). These booklets are structured to: • Educate homeowners during in-home presentations • Increase customer trust and job approval rates • Help contractors close more high-value jobs What I Need You to Build: • A clean, modern, conversion-focused one-page website in GoHighLevel. • The website should clearly explain the product, benefits, and include testimonials or examples. • It should guide users to choose from three purchasing options (tiered packages), similar to a pricing plan layout. The Three Packages: 1. DIY Template – Basic Option • Customer receives our booklet template • They’ll handle customization themselves with their designer • We don’t want this to be the “attractive” choice—position it as the least convenient 2. White Glove Service – Preferred/Middle Option • We handle the design and branding • Customer just sends us their logo, and we’ll customize the book to match their brand • At checkout, I want add-on options like: • “Do you want us to train you or your team how to use this in the field?” • “Would you like to order additional physical copies shipped to you?” 3.
