ISSUE #1 I am not happy or satisfied with the appearance of the Shopify website (www.ecoleafrelief.com) that was built for my products. To me it doesn't look professional or appealling to me. ISSUE #2 The website built on the Shopify platform for my products currently will not service customers that desire purchasing my ECOLEAF product brand of Natural Topical Products. It was understood that Shopify does not provide servicing of collected sales taxes like Amazon and Walmart. I assume that this same premise is correct and that Shopify does still does NOT manage collected sales taxes. The ECOLEAF website site was built with the idea that a AMAZON Prime button would be placed on the website to allow customers on Shopify would be able to click thru to AMAZON to make their purchases. This button has really never worked. I, therefore, am not sure that there is value in keeping the Shopify marketplace platform website if Shopify does not manage sales taxes paid by customers (to be discussed and agreed upon prior to website reconstruction). ISSUE #3 I essentially am currently limited to selling on Walmart and Amazon marketplaces. I have to provide an inventory of my products to both marketplaces as fulfillment of orders is handled on each marketplace as sales occur. I would like to change order fulfillment to Flexport - a worldwide fulfillment and shipping company that can merge with Amazon, Walmart, Shopify and other marketplaces. The advantage - potentially one source of product storage and fulfillment for all of ECOLEAF's participating marketplaces. This will also become an important factor for website reconstruction. An example of an extensive product description for the ECOLEAF Mouth Sore Gel is attached. This description can certainly be shortened depending on how it will be used. An ECOLEAF product collage photo is also attached though I'm not sure how well it came thru.
