ABOUT THE ROLE Sweet Wink is seeking a remote freelance or contract Marketing Manager to step in and support our growing children’s brand during a team member’s maternity leave. This is a temporary role beginning in June 2025 and running through mid-December 2025, with a phased schedule and opportunity to lead major initiatives—most notably, the planning and execution of our Black Friday/Cyber Monday campaign. You will meet weekly with the company’s CEO to report on campaign results and present ideas for upcoming campaigns. TIMELINE & COMMITMENT Ramp-Up and Onboarding (June–July: ~10–15 hours/week) Full-Time Coverage During Maternity Leave (August–Early November: ~30–40 hours/week) Transition & Black Friday Support (Mid-November–Second Week of December: ~10–15 hours/week) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Email & SMS Marketing: Create and deploy campaigns for both wholesale and DTC customers in Klaviyo including 2 weekly email campaigns and 1 weekly SMS campaign per customer segment Analyze performance data to optimize future campaigns and ensure compliance with email/SMS regulations Social Media Marketing: Own and manage the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Create weekly social media marketing calendar to maintain a 6-day per week posting schedule Write captions, schedule in-feed posts, create stories, and maintain profile links/highlights Engage with the Instagram community daily, monitoring comments and responding to DM’s Manage the Sweet Wink Style Squad (brand ambassadors) and coordinating PR Boxes for each monthly collection launch Track performance and adapt strategy based on insights Act as the key contact/liaison between Sweet Wink & our Paid Social Ad Agency Sales and Promotion Planning: Lead the development and execution of promotional campaigns with an emphasis on Black Friday/Cyber Monday Manage marketing calendars across both wholesale and DTC including monthly promotional sales, collab blog posts, and giveaways with strategic brand or influencer partners JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field 3+ years experience in business marketing including email, SMS, and social media marketing Experience with creating content in Canva, executing email and SMS marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, and an understanding of Shopify (Meta ad experience is a plus) Well-organized and detail-oriented with exceptional communication and writing skills Ability to work independently and is a self-starter while also collaborating cross functionally Strategic and analytical awareness coupled with a creative mind Enjoys a fast paced environment, working with a small team, and excited to be an integral part of a growing company
