ABOUT US Victory Land Sales is a veteran-owned rural land company that's sold over 3,000 acres across Texas. We specialize in making land ownership accessible through affordable prices and simple owner financing—no credit checks, no banks, no hassle. With a loyal customer base and growing brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, we’re ready to scale further. But before we do, we want an expert to evaluate our current systems and processes. WHAT WE NEED We’re looking for a seasoned Real Estate Marketing Strategist or Consultant to perform a comprehensive audit of our current marketing, sales, and operations systems with one clear goal: increase conversions and scalability. This is NOT a job for a junior marketer. We’re looking for someone who has experience in real estate (ideally property/land sales), understands buyer psychology, and knows how to optimize for high-ticket, cash & owner-financed transactions.
