We’re LotLine Studio – a boutique luxury real estate marketing company. We partner with RE agents, developers, and designers to create stunning visual stories. We’re expanding our network and looking for experienced real estate photographers who are reliable, efficient, and passionate about delivering quality. We are looking to build out our teams in the following cities and the surrounding areas: Los Angeles, Denver, and Atlanta. What You'll Do: - Arrive on time and shoot assigned properties (May include: Interior, Exterior, Drone, Twilight, and Matterport 3D Tour) - After the job, you will upload the raw photos to Dropbox – no editing or post-production required. If Matterport was ordered, you will handle the development of those scans and a floor plan if ordered (delivery is the following day) - You may accept or decline jobs based on your availability (flexible scheduling; stackable appointments) Requirements: - Professional real estate photography experience - DSLR or mirrorless camera with wide-angle lens - On-camera or off-camera flash - Drone (must have FAA certification) - Matterport Pro or Pro2 camera - Tripod - Insurance policy - Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territory - Strong communication and time management skills What You Get: - Pre-scheduled, ready-to-shoot jobs sent directly to you - Flat fee per service, with pay increasing by square footage - Weekly payments every Friday via PayPal - No editing, no client management – just shoot and upload To Apply: Please send your portfolio pdf or link to portfolio, equipment list, service area, and a brief note about your experience.
