Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Part-Time Group Travel Planner to support the planning and execution of corporate incentive travel programs. In this role, you will help coordinate logistics, liaise with vendors, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients and their travelers. This is a client-facing role requiring strong organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and a passion for travel. On-site Tour Director We need an on-site tour director for multiple group events each year, providing long hours of customer service and event planning expertise to manage logistics, schedules, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Assist in the research, planning, and execution of group travel programs (domestic and international) Coordinate air, hotel, transportation, and activity arrangements for groups ranging from 10 to 100+ participants Support itinerary development, travel documentation, and guest communications Liaise with DMCs, tour operators, and suppliers to negotiate services and secure bookings Maintain accurate traveler data, rooming lists, and special requests Provide pre-travel support and on-call assistance during active programs (may include occasional travel) Collaborate with the internal team to ensure programs meet client goals and budget requirements Contribute creative ideas for unique experiences, gifting, and engagement opportunities Qualifications 2+ years of experience in group travel planning, event coordination, or a similar role Familiarity with incentive travel programs and corporate group logistics is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office and travel planning tools (e.g., GDS, Trello, Cvent, or similar) Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends or travel as needed Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and unforgettable experiences Perks Flexible, remote-friendly schedule Opportunity to travel on select programs Creative, collaborative team culture
