Want to Hire: Accountant/CPA to Securely access QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus 2024 Multi-user using RDP from any Mac or PC. High familiarity with QBD is required. About Us: • We run an IT Services business: mostly VoIP Phones and Surveillance Cameras and a variety of other IT related services. • 5 x full time and 1 part time employee, plus various outsourced labor. • I have been using QBD for 31 years - I have never touched the general ledger though. • We use our own in-house employees (instead of outside accountants) to generate invoices and apply & deposit customer payments. How We Use QuickBooks Desktop: • We use Intuit Assisted Payroll - which means the payroll is in QBD • Invoicing • No inventory • Create and pay vendor bills. • We use a 3rd party Virtual Terminal QB agent to collect and apply payments for 90% of our own invoices and Intuit's crappy Virtual Terminal agent for the remaining 10% Definitely need: • Communicate with 401K and Defined Benefit Plan admins and assist in creating annual payroll entries based on P&L and Balances. • Annual tax filing for SUB-S • Annual personal tax filing • Optimize expense account assignments per your recommendations • One time repair work: Solve a problem that I caused by creating 2 additional vendors over the years when the "State Board of Equalization" changed their name. which offset the starting/ending balances each quarter. Future assistance with: (Doing this work myself currently, to maximize insight of company financials) Reconciliation: No cleanup/ back work needed. • 1 x primary checking - 2 pages of transactions per monthly statement • 1 x checking to accept paper checks - 1 page of transactions per monthly statement • 2 x savings - a few transactions each per monthly statement • 1 x CC Account - 3 x pages of transactions per monthly statement Sales Tax Returns: monthly estimated payments and quarterly filings.
