I am a social worker (MSW) based in Florida. I’m in the process of launching a fertility support coaching practice and am seeking a legal professional to review and refine my Policies and Agreements, including my coaching services agreement, informed consent, confidentiality terms, and disclaimers etc. Here’s what I need support with: * Ensuring all documents comply with Florida state law * Aligning with ethical standards of social work (while clearly distinguishing coaching from therapy) * Including appropriate global client language, such as disclaimers for international clients and basic GDPR considerations * Clarifying confidentiality, scope of services, and legal disclaimers in a way that protects both me and my clients * Making sure the language is clear, professional, and legally sound I’ve drafted the initial versions of my policies and agreements and can share them with you for review.
