Hi there! I’m looking for a detail-oriented, experienced bookkeeper to help with monthly bookkeeping work. This is a subcontractor position (not client-facing). Ideal for someone who loves organizing messy books, working independently, and ensuring every dollar is accounted for. What I’m looking for: • QBO Certified • Comfortable with both Excel and Google Sheets • Can reconcile bank and credit card accounts • Able to categorize expenses accurately and flag unusual activity • Familiar with small business financials • Monthly report preparation (P&L, Balance Sheet) • 1099 and basic payroll familiarity is a plus • Reliable, responsive, and respectful of client confidentiality What I offer: • Steady monthly projects • A no-drama, supportive, professional working relationship If you’re reliable, accurate, and love clean books — I’d love to work with you.
