PeaceHealth Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Smartsheet expert to help design and implement a dynamic project intake solution that can be used across multiple internal teams. Currently, each of our teams—including Marketing, Operations, Donor Engagement, and Annual Giving—uses separate Smartsheet forms tailored to their specific project needs. Our goal is to streamline this process by developing a centralized “help desk” style intake form that intelligently routes and displays questions based on the stakeholder’s request type. The form should support conditional logic and automate intake and tracking across teams. What We Need: -A single, user-friendly Smartsheet form that dynamically adapts based on the project type selected (e.g. marketing request, finance approval, stewardship support, etc.) -Integration of conditional fields and logic to show only relevant questions per team or request type -Automation to route and tag requests appropriately for each team -A clean and scalable back-end setup with connected sheets or dashboards for intake review and tracking -Streamlined workflows for approval and communication Ideal Partner: -Deep expertise in Smartsheet forms, logic, automation, and dashboards -Experience creating cross-functional request systems or intake portals -Strong problem-solving and communication skills to help translate our vision into a user-friendly and scalable solution -Ability to recommend best practices and optimize existing processes for efficiency We believe we’ve only scratched the surface of what Smartsheet can do, and we’re looking for a partner to help us fully leverage its capabilities to better support our mission-driven work.
