I'm looking for a CPA or tax professional who can provide ongoing tax strategy and guidance for our S-Corporation, along with preparing and filing our year-end business taxes. We've been in business for over 10 years and handle routine bookkeeping and payroll in QuickBooks Online. However, we’re looking for a knowledgeable advisor to help us with things like: • Optimizing tax strategy throughout the year • Navigating multi-state tax issues (we recently moved from Maryland to Michigan) • Providing guidance on reasonable compensation, deductions, reimbursements, etc. • Preparing and filing our annual S-Corp return and personal returns This is not a full-time role—just periodic check-ins and support, with heavier involvement during tax season. If you have experience with S-Corps, QuickBooks Online, and multi-state tax compliance, we’d love to hear from you.
