Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Virtual Bookkeeper & HR Specialist to join our growing investment management consulting firm. This ongoing, hourly position will focus on managing QuickBooks payroll, invoicing, and employee benefits, along with supporting HR tasks. Key Responsibilities: Process payroll and manage invoicing via QuickBooks Administer and help select employee benefits options Support general HR tasks (onboarding, benefits administration, etc.) Ensure compliance with payroll and HR regulations Requirements: Proficient in QuickBooks (payroll & invoicing) Experience in HR, particularly with employee benefits Strong organizational and communication skills Prior experience in a small to mid-sized business
